Big rooms, fairly clean hotel, quiet atmosphere. Central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen TV in the room, magnificent and stunning location. Comfy beds and supper friendly and exceptional staff. Location so close to the buses that go to Jerash and then to the airport and the Sarayah bus station. Also, near to everything. Handy base for exploring Amman.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room I stayed in was amazing. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore both East and West parts of the city. The staff, especially Sana'a, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety in the dishes offered.

The staff was superbly friendly and affable, always available to answer all our questions. The room was modern and had smoke detectors for added safety. The hotel's location near the north bus station was marvelous for our travels.

The rooms at The Castle Hotel were so cozy and comfortable. I loved the flat-screen TV and the private bathroom. It was perfect for our family, especially the kids. Plus, having air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Amman heat.
Some of the rooms had a seating area, which wasn't really necessary for us.
